Throwaway buildings

So our Tajma Teeter at Friendly Center is going to be demolished after only ten years of service.  The N&R reports The Starmount Company is taking it down to make way for a new ‘financial center’, some shops, and more convenient access to the new – what should we call it? – WhopperTeeter?  This new, bigger and better grocery shopping experience is rising in place of the Burlington Headquarters, which the developer also demolished earlier this year.

Might I suggest to Starmount that they consider constructing their buildings nearer to landfills in the future?  That sure would save them a bunch of time, money and gas in a few years when they feel the retailing winds-of-change blowing in a new direction.
