As reported on Greensboro101, I am signatory to a request, pursuant to NC law, for the City to release the RMA report in its entirity…
“…Pursuant to North Carolina public access to public records statutes, we are hereby requesting that you make available for public inspection and copying the following:
The report prepared by Risk Management Associates of Raleigh, North Carolina for the City of Greensboro, commonly referred to by city council members and city staff as the RMA report, further identified as the report that city council members recently denied releasing in notarized affidavits.”
Since acting Chief Bellamy has now said that the leaking of the RMA to the N&R ”did no harm“, this request should be eagerly and swiftly honored by the Mayor and City Manager.

So how do other people sign on to this official request?
Mike, you are not the first to ask. The letter has already been sent, but that doesn’t mean you can’t email the city council or show up at a council meeting and share your thoughts.
Hey Roch101. Yeah I realized that this morning after seeing the News and Record article. I’ll see what the initial letter does and then plan accordingly from there.
