The bad doll

If you’ve got 7 minutes or so, it would be good if you’d watch this film.  An award winner in the Reel Works Teen Filmmaking Project, ‘A Girl Like Me’ was the jumping-on place for a compelling column by Leonard Pitts that ran in the N&R this week. (Thanks, Mebane, for the link)

Something’s got to change.

    David,

I had read Pitts’s column but had not made it to the video.

Thanks for making it easy for me to get there.

I hope many others have taken advantage of the opportunity also.

I’ve sent out an all-call to my school’s staff about your post, Pitts’s column, and Davis’s video.

Hopefully some of them will check the links out.

I may submit to Dr. Grier to consider making available through “Friday Notes.”

    Take care, always!

    Hardy
