Is there no end to Josie’s diverse talents ? She’s as good a shot
with a camera, as she is with a shotgun . . .still playing oboe too ?

Sorry you missed New Year’s here at the cabin this year.

‘Tis the gift to be simple,
‘Tis the gift to be free,
‘Tis the gift to come down where we ought to be,
And when we find ourselves in the place just right,
It will be in the valley of love and delight.

    When true simplicity is gained,
to bow and to bend, we will not be ashamed
To turn, turn, will be our delight,
‘Til by turning, turning, we come round right

I dabbled in photography as an undergrad a few years back and was always amazed by classmates who had the knack for composing images, especially in black and white, that evoked emotion. These, I must say, amaze me. I look forward to seeing what else Josie produces as she develops her talents with the lens. Please continue to post your daughter’s work, David!
