Gone silent, again

Looks like I’m back to stealth-mode blogging for a while longer.  Work is pressing like nobody’s business.  Well, maybe somebody’s business is pressing like Double Hung’s current – and future – workload, but it is all a bit overwhelming right now.

In addition to ongoing projects on the UNCG and NCSU campuses and five or six smaller (less than 20 windows) residential and commercial endeavors, we have folded in Peace College’s Main building peace-college-main.jpgas well as their Pressley Hall.  We are getting ready to start on the Granville County and Alamance County courthouses in the next few weeks.  A new customer, the most excellent Empire Properties in Raleigh, has enough historic-building inventory around the state to take us to an even higher level of pressing business.

I’m not complainin’, mind you, just ‘splainin’.  Hang with me.

Hey David, thought you may be interested in this post to Craigslist. Hope you and Saba were able to work together on getting those windows cleaned. Thanks

14 Windows from an old house. House is from 1929 and windows appear to be quite old. The kind with the pulleys, painted white. These would be great for a creative person or someone restoring an old home with all original windows.
