What a time of emotional juxtaposition this must be for two brothers I have known for several years and their families.
Jeri Rowe’s feature tells of New Orleans’ influence on the culinary exploits of Fincastle’s chef Jody Morphis. (I sampled his red beans and rice along with his Shrimp Po’ Boy Wednesday evening… excellent).
A side column in the same N&R edition outlines indicted exploits of a different kind by Jody’s brother, and Fincastle founder, Emmett.
